2.ちゃんと足の裏を地面につけて、軽く足を踏ん張る 以上です。2については、「座った状態で、地面に落ちたものを拾う動作をする。すると自然と脚に力が入る。姿勢を戻したあともその力の入れ具合をキープする」「少しの間空気椅子をして、脚が辛くなったら後ろにある椅子に腰掛けてふーっと休む」
みたいなことをすると感覚が判りやすい、そうです。"
